Take Charge of Your Health through Fitness

In this intro to fitness workshop, we will discuss the benefits of strength training and cardiovascular exercise, and why it is especially relevant to college students. We will also help participants create a customized routine that they can follow without feeling overwhelmed, as well as teach some basic exercise form.
